We schedule 30-minute appointments so that you have ample time to discuss your pet’s needs with our experienced technicians and doctors. In order to limit your waiting time and to provide more comprehensive care for your pet, we do require appointments. We will only accept walk-ins on an emergency basis or if time permitting. Any sick cases, we will work in the same day, but it may need to be as a drop off or there may be wait times to accommodate.

Upon arrival, you can check in with our CSR who will escort you to a private room. We try to limit wait times in the lobby to prevent stress on you and your pet. If you would prefer to wait in your car until a room is available, please call to let us know you are in the parking lot and we will come out to get you when the room is ready. We also provide curbside appointments if you would rather wait in your car or run errands while we are taking care of your pet.
We require payment on completion of services. We do not have payment plans, but we do accept CareCredit® which is a line of credit that can be used at any health care facility (veterinary or human).
Please call or request online to have prescriptions filled ahead of time. Some require more time to count and cut pills. This will decrease your wait time. You can also visit our online store if this is more convenient.
We carry a number of different prescription diets to treat your pet’s needs. We routinely use Royal Canin which is top of the line in animal nutrition. Prescription diets are considered a form of medication to treat a variety of diseases and illnesses.
