We can treat your pet with a wide array of services, including medical, diagnostic, surgical, and dental care.
Before you meet with our team, we ask that you fill out a few forms so we can get to know you and your pet. We have a new patient form and ask for your authorization to contact your previous veterinarian for medical records. You can submit them electronically via our website. Or you can print these forms off, fill them out, and bring them to your first appointment. This background information will allow us to prepare and ensure the appointment runs quickly and smoothly.
At your first appointment, we’ll take the time to get familiar with you and your pet. First, our team will go over your new patient form and ask questions about your animal’s medical history. From there, we can evaluate his physical condition. We will be sure to check his eyes, ears, heart, lungs, and teeth as a touchstone for his health moving forward. If we find any areas of concern, we can perform additional tests onsite.
